Cake size was great but strawberry in the middle was a very thin layer that made this cake not so enjoyable. It's given three stars because of size and somewhat of a decent taste. I hope to have a better cake experience next time.

Posting prices since they dont give you qoutes over the phone. $400 for 75 servings 3 tier without detail. Cake was delicious. Cake was delivered on time. I picked Lucy's cakes for my wedding because its my favorite local cake shop. However, prices are high. Customer service can use some improvement...

My mom chose this place as she has gotten cakes from here before. We went to choose a cake for my baby shower, my first baby, a super exciting experience, or so I thought. We were met with someone really nice & helpful who gave us a book to look through. The book was pretty used but I was still willing to give the place a chance. I saw something I liked & tried to take a pic to send to my boyfriend & was immediately yelled at/scolded that I couldn’t take pics. I would’ve understood & had no problem with it had I not been met with that attitude, yelling & rudeness. I didn’t need that, especially being pregnant, she proceeded to be rude & the other person who first helped was just learning so needed help from the rude person. Since I was pregnant, I was reluctant to speak up, wish I had because that was a waste of our money. The cake was very basic & I wish we would have spent our money where our business was appreciated, I suggest going somewhere else. It was extremely disappointing.

Ordered birthday cake for my 4 yr son Very impressed with taste and service. The staff is very humble and helps you with orders and suggestions. I definitely recommend small business and Lucy’s is the best !

10/10 recommend getting a cake from here! Went Saturday to make an order for Monday was ready on Monday. Great communication and understanding. Cake was soft and good buttercream was great! Love it overall and would but from here again

Lucy’s offers the best cakes and service! I will always recommend them to my friends and family. They did an amazing job on my daughters cake and cupcakes! Everything was absolutely beautiful and so delicious! The cake and cupcakes has strawberry filling that everyone just loved! They were perfect! We provided them with the flower and butterfly decorations and they decorated everything so gorgeously! Everyone was blown away by them. I can’t wait for our next family get together so we can order from Lucy’s again! Everyone there is so helpful and kind. Thank you so much Lucy’s for making my daughter’s first birthday cake a spectacular one!

I’ve never order cakes from here but a friend recommended since they taste so good. But I did not like how my mother was treated when she went to pick up my sons cake. They did not know where my cake was and she had the receipt to show them what I ordered, they didn’t know anything about it. So they rushed to prep the cake because they didn’t have it done. When I placed the order on Friday 8/26 they said it will be ready by 3 for 8/27. But nothing was done they told my mom it will done in 15min. Well I finally had the party Sunday 8/28 but the cake did not taste good or look like how I thought it was going to be. They rushed to make it! I’m very disappointed that I bought a 45$ cake that wasn’t worth it.

Customer service is so disheartening. Went in for 4 cupcakes as it was my deceased daughter's birthday. I requested a simple Happy Birthday banner from the older lady in the front to lay on top of the cupcakes. She said they don't typically do that but if I'd like, I can purchase a Happy Birthday topper instead. I said nevermind, paid and took my items. What was so upsetting is that as I opened the first door to leave the reflection from the second door, gave me a view of the register area. I could literally see the older woman gossiping to one of the younger girls in the front before I even left the store. I've purchased 3-4 cakes from this establishment previously but will no longer be a customer. You never know what someone's going through and I don't think I was asking for much. Shame on her!
